Penang & Hatyai trips(Part 1)

went to penang on 17/3/2009 in the night.hmmm...for the first time i went to vacation with my mum's side relative.haha..how was the trips?!argh...tiring trips and they are just like came-from-jungle.lol...some times they are just too 'sua pa lau' and been depressed by them at times.any way,it was still quite a nice trips and memorable..lol

Day 1 (Penang)
reached penang at 10 something in the night and after checked in to the room,i went out for supper with jacky,xin ni and kishan.which hotel i stayed?it was grand-continential hotel,a 3 star hotel which doesn't look like a 3 star hotel at home especially the sound-dampling system.

my room is on 8 floors and i can hear the mat-rempit rev their 'rempit' passing by the hotel so clearly for the whole night.as the result,i had my sleepless night for the first night of my trips..argh..
*before departing from kuching..

Day 2
sight-seeing day...went to kek lok shi,snake temple,penang hills,sleeping buddha (not sure what that temple named..lol) and had our dinner at gurney..

*snake temple...no snake picture captured at here as i feel very uncomfortable with snake..haha*Kek Lok Shi...*the big Kuan Yi is inside the contrucstion.*Penang hills...we spent 2 hours to wait for the train and yet,there is nothing special on top of the hill..lol..what a waste of time.any way,you can have full view of penang city at there...the scenery is nice..*i like this scenery a lot..haha..when come to penang,of course you have to try the foods here.why?it just simple,it is because penang is so called 'paradise of foods'.
*penang laksa..the smell of it soup and the belaccan is so heavy and it pissed me off...i didn't try it so no comment..haha..
*penang fried kueh teow..if i have the choice to eat this at kuching,i will..quite nice and i like it...
*Lok-lok..nothing special..*peng hu (BBQ fish)...just average...it failed to 'catch' my mouth..lol*ha mee (prawn noodle)..if it is available at kuching,then i would have another choice of mee to eat at kuching..haha*fried oyster..my favorite and i like it the most among all the penang food..any one can 'tapau' for me???lol..i gonna miss it a lot...*ABC..there is ice cream on top of the ice..unique..*cuttlefish and convolvulus..quite like the taste and its quite different with here one..*penang pok pia..quite different with kuching's and its quite nice..*rojak...
after had my dinner at gurney,went to meet jacky them and join them for their dinner at Island (cant quite remember the name) but i just had a cup of drink at there as i was so full at the moment..and and and...they just like to take picture a lot.well,you just cant beleive how much they like to take photo..ahaha...
*me,IF (lol..actually is EVE),kishan,sying,xinni and the fat ass jacky...sophia helping us to take the picture..(i stole the picture from xinni's blog..lol)
*their dinner..*see,they just like to take photo..lol..*my cousin saw this picture in my digital camera and asked,'why all of them so fat..lol'
